We are enthusiastic home cooks who have been collecting kitchen knives for years. There is so much pleasure to be had in using a really sharp, well-balanced knife in your food preparation. A big session of 'slicing and dicing' (eg preparing vegetables for kimchi) can feel almost meditative.

We've handpicked this small collection of knives, and you will find them all in our knife block. We know that everyone has a favourite knife - the one they always reach for. One of us prefers the Santoku shape, the other a Chef knife. Different people like a different 'look', so we've selected a range of handles and blade designs.

All these knives are beautifully balanced, sharp and ready to go.
